Wake County-Hispanic Voter engagement-Voter Registration & Outreach-March 19 2022

Hispanic outreach was done on January 8, 2022 as we celebrated 3 Kings Day, giving out gifts, eating Hispanic foods, hearing some good presentations and sharing our values on how attendees can get involved in our organization.
On December 4, 2021 we celebrated Christmas and Freedom with 150 Hispanic attendees, children and our supporters. We heard from great speakers, distributed over 176 gifts, representing 73 families. We also provided food to take home, and food on site at the venue to all attendees. Our common values were shared with all in attendance. Thanks to all volunteers, attendees, supporters, corporate sponsors, silent auction donors and food sponsors.

We were panelist and speakers at this event describing the perils of socialism. It was eye opening for many, the stories of shared of communism and socialism were powerful. Speakers were born in Venezuela, Russia, Cuba, China and Hungary. They shared what they see happening in the U.S. and how certain actions and policies being promoted by those in power can take us down the road towards socialism. We helped to fill the room along with our partners. Great work to all involved!
